In addition, we are not liable for any losses or damages arising from:

• Carelessness or wrongdoing on the part of the client or any third party

12. Call-Outs Over 10 Miles

• For service appointments requiring a call-out distance of over 10 miles, we require a deposit of half the total service cost in advance. This deposit is non-refundable and must be paid prior to scheduling the appointment.
